Philosophy of our kitchen

Regional, seasonal, tasty, refined and to enjoy – that’s the ANNA cuisine. Our chef, Robert Grabner, attaches great importance to the cuisine of short distances – and the Markgräflerland offers everything you need.

However, the products are not only nearby – we consciously buy healthy and good products – this includes, for example, the GMO-free milk and eggs from barn hens as well as a butcher, with an excellent range of meat from the area.

Another plus point of the individual Anna cuisine is that Mr. Grabner is a certified diet chef . The fact is that there are more and more allergies and intolerances, e.g. lactose intolerance or problems with gluten – Mr. Grabner has an answer for everything. As a special service of the house, we can offer a consultation with the chef.

We love and respect food – careful handling is guaranteed.
